At HoverTrotter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, subject to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items due to customer misuse
- Customized or special order products
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at customer@hovertrotter.comwith your order details.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at customer@hovertrotter.com
